O'Brien, a Pennsylvania native with experience at several TWRG establishments, brings his passion for modern Italian cuisine to Oltremare. The new dinner menu showcases a symphony of fresh seafood and handcrafted pasta dishes, inspired by the sun-drenched flavors of the Amalfi Coast.
