PHILADELPHIA - You've heard of a BYOB -- But how about Bring Your Own Brunch? This New Year's Day, on January 1, 2022, Bluebird Distilling, Phoenixville's award-winning grain-to-glass distillery, will be opening early at 12 pm to offer guests a spot to cozy up with their own food, with the distillery team providing the hair of the dog!
Guests are invited to bring in their New Year's Day Brunch made at home, pick up a meal from a nearby brunch spot, or order takeout to enjoy at the distillery (BYO plates, napkins, cutlery, etc.!), with the team at Bluebird Distilling providing signature and classic cocktails all made with Bluebird Distilling spirits. THE BEVERAGE MENU INCLUDES:
- Bloody Mary -- with Bluebird vodka and house mix
- Greyhound -- with Juniperus Gin and fresh grapefruit juice
- Agave Sunrise -- with Agave Salvaje Reposado, fresh orange juice, and pomegranate
All cocktails range from $11-$13 each. Other staples available include Good Lifes, Gin 'n' Juices, Mojitos, Margaritas, Old Fashioneds, and more!
