The Pullman Restaurant&Bar Debuts Live Music Tuesday – Saturday,6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
On Friday,January 13,the uber-popular Hot Club of Philadelphia,an acoustic ensemble dedicated to playing Gypsy Jazz,debuts at the Pullman music lounge as a trio,featuring Jim Stager on bass,Joseph Arnold on violin,and Barry Warren,lead guitar and vocals.
On Friday,January 20,the Pullman welcomes Mélange Jazz Collective,a fusion of individual musical talents who combine to play a diverse and rich range of musical styles--jazz,Latin,funk,blues,reggae,new music,and world-beat music.Led by saxophonist,clarinetist,and educator Laurent Bass,Bert Harris on bass,and David Dzubinski on piano,the group is recognized as one of the premier jazz bands in the Philadelphia area,known for a fresh,artistic interpretation of jazz standards as well as original compositions.
Located at 39 Morris Avenue,The Pullman boasts a stunning 21-seat bar,several dining areas and nooks,and a cozy music lounge where guests can sip on artisanal cocktails and craft beers,dine on ‘small plates’ and listen to live music.
