Camden Art Crawl Joins Forces with 5th Anniversary Pride Walk

Camden,NJ – Thursday, June 12, 2025, is shaping up to be a powerful day of community, creativity, and celebration in Downtown Camden. The Camden Special Services District (CSSD)is not only bringing back its third highly anticipatedDowntown Art Crawl but is also partnering with the 5th Anniversary of the Camden Pride Walk for a unified day of festivities.

The Downtown Art Crawl, scheduled from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, will see over 30 local artists and makersPop-Up shop in collaboration with small businesses along Market Street (between 2nd and 4th streets). Attendees can immerse themselves in live art demonstrations, enjoy musical performances, explore unique creative pop-ups, and partake in family-friendly activities and delicious offerings from food trucks. Local storefronts will also be joining the celebration with special menus and sales.

Adding an extra layer of vibrancy to the day,guests are warmly invited to arrive early for the5th Anniversary of the Camden Pride Walk. The Pride Walk will commence at 3:00 pm from the Camden County Police Department (800 Federal Street) and will proceed to Roosevelt Plaza on Market Street (520 Market Street). There, a flag-raising ceremony will take place, culminating in a joyful atmosphere of family fun, food trucks, and activities seamlessly integrated with the Downtown Art Crawl.

The collaboration between these two significant events underscores Camden's commitment to inclusivity and the arts. Kristine Kennedy, CSSD's new Executive Director,highlights the significance of the Art Crawl in supporting Camden's creative growth. The addition of the Pride Walk celebration creates a larger, more impactful event that brings together diverse segments of the Camden community.
