Craftsman Row Saloon Transforms into a Halloween Wonderland

PHIADELPHIA, PA - Philadelphia's Craftsman Row Saloon, renowned for its festive Christmas pop-up, embraces the spooky season with a brand-new Halloween experience. Inspired by Tim Burton's iconic films, the bar has been completely transformed into a "Nightmare Before Christmas - and Friends" wonderland.

Expect to be greeted by 2,000 twinkling Halloween lights, hundreds of skulls and bones, 500 feet of cobwebs, and 50 floating ghouls. Beloved characters like Jack Skellington, Sally, the Boogie Man, Beetlejuice, and even Wednesday Addams will adorn the space, creating a truly unique and whimsical atmosphere.

The bar's booths have received a Beetlejuice-inspired makeover, while skeleton walls and spooky candles complete the eerie ambiance.

But the transformation doesn't stop at the décor. The Halloween spirit extends to the menu, featuring two new over-the-top themed milkshakes creatively decorated and served with giant cookies.

On the food front, expect Halloween-themed additions such as pumpkin mac and cheese, witches fingers, Jack-O'-Lantern Guacamole and Chips, Jack's Baked Mac and Cheese, Sally's Quesadillas, Mummy Stromboli, and a Vampire Burger.

The bar will offer a special menu of potions and cocktails, including a Beetlejuice-inspired concoction, a candy corn martini, and other festive drinks served in keepsake glasses. Seasonal beers will also be available on draft.

The Halloween pop-up is a testament to the creativity of the brother-sister duo George and Vasiliki Tsiouris Balis, who own Craftsman Row Saloon. They've tapped into the spirit of the holiday to create a truly immersive experience that tantalizes all the senses.

For those with a sweet tooth, George recommends trying the Donut Fried Chicken with glazed bacon, American cheese, and maple syrup, as well as the Mac Daddy Burger, which features smashed patties and smothered mac and cheese.

The Halloween pop-up will run through October 31st, after which the owners will quickly transition the space into their award-winning Christmas pop-up. Reservations are now available on OpenTable.

So, if you're looking for a fun and festive way to celebrate Halloween, head to Craftsman Row Saloon for a spooktacular experience you won't forget!
