City Winery,after two successful wine-pairing dinners,"Taste of Italy",and"Taste of the Sea,"is now ready to introduce a new pairing dinner,"Bourbon and BBQ Pairing".On August 30,2023,the five-course plated BBQ dinner,presented by Robert Gindin,will be accompanied by an expert in bourbon,Mike Potalivo.
Each of the five dishes maintains a different type of barbecue style,ranging from Carolina to Texas to Japanese. Each course is paired with an artisan cocktail focusing on bourbon to create a truly immersive dining experience.
Tickets are available through RESY for $85 each. Tickets are limited because the dinner will be held in a private dining room.Ticket sales will end on August 28,2023.
