A Menu Made for Two
In the spirit of togetherness, the culinary team—led by Culinary Directors Kevin Couch and Angel Roque—has crafted a rustic, flavor-forward menu that celebrates the rich culinary traditions of Cuba.
Guests can indulge in a special 3-course experience for $150 per couple. For those who prefer to customize their dining experience, the dishes are also available a-la-carte.

- Appetizer: Stuffed Piquillo Pepper($19 a-la-carte)A savory starter featuring Spanish chorizo and wild mushrooms mixed with Spanish tetilla cheese,served over a decadent truffled malanga puree.
