Almyra Heats Up Rittenhouse Happy Hour with New Greek Cocktails and Bar Bites

PHILADELPHIA-The modern Greek restaurant just revamped its daily 4–6 p.m. menu with exclusive, inventive drinks and new Mediterranean small plates. Almyra, the lively and upscale modern Greek restaurant from the Estia Group, is giving Rittenhouse a new reason to celebrate the end of the workday. The restaurant has just launched a revamped daily Happy Hour menu, running from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at its bar and surrounding high-top tables.

This isn't just a list of discounted drinks; it’s a brand-new lineup of inventive, Greek-inspired cocktails, priced at $7 each and available exclusively during these two hours.

Designed to evoke the coastal energy of the Aegean, the new $7 cocktail menu features creations you won't find at any other time:

  • Pyra(Fire): A bold, spicy riff on a margarita with tequila, Cappelletti, pepper, and a tajín-sugar rim.
  • Kypello(Goblet): A Mediterranean gin and tonic built with Hay-infused gin, grapefruit, rosemary, and a fragrant spice medley.
  • Briki(Greek Coffee Pot): A coffee-inspired cocktail made with coffee-bean-infused vodka, Kahlúa, oat milk, and topped with coffee boba.
  • Gaia(Earth): A tropical, aromatic rum cocktail with cinnamon-infused rum, pineapple, Cappelletti, and lime.
  • Synephos(Crown): A smooth whiskey drink with peach schnapps, lime, and a house-made sweet peach foam.

To pair with the new drinks,the food menu has also been refreshed.New happy hour-only offerings includeCrab Wontons ($7) with feta, dill, and sweet Calabrian chili; a Lamb Rib($7)glazed in tare and sesame with Greek ranch;and a selection of happy hour-portionedSkewers ($8) featuring Salmon, Filet, Chicken Kofta, and Artichoke.

These new bites join beloved Almyra staples,including their classicSpreads (choice of three for $9 or five for $15), Spanakopita Manti($6),and the dramatic,tableside-flamingSaganaki ($8).
