What Makes a PrimoHoagie?
For Philadelphians, a PrimoHoagie is more than just a sandwich—it’s a tradition. The brand has built its empire on quality and authenticity.
Key ingredients include:
- Fresh Rolls: Bread from Liscio’s Italian Bakery is delivered and baked fresh every two hours.
- Premium Meats & Cheeses: The sandwiches are packed with Thumann’s brand meats and cheeses.
- Classic Combos: Fan favorites like the Italian—loaded with prosciutto, provolone, hot capicola, and Genoa salami—will be on the menu.
Alongside the hoagies, travelers can grab classic deli sides like macaroni salad, potato salad, and coleslaw.
Perfect Timing for a Global Stage
The early 2026 opening is timed perfectly, as Philadelphia prepares to host a series of major international events, including the FIFA World Cup, the PGA Championship, the MLB All-Star Game, and the U.S. Semiquincentennial (Philadelphia250).
“We’re thrilled to bring PrimoHoagies to the Philadelphia airport... This partnership marks a major milestone in our growth and a perfect way to represent Philly flavor on a global stage,” said Nicholas Papanier Jr., CEO of PrimoHoagies.
Whether you’re a local heading out of town or a visitor just arriving, the new PrimoHoagies at PHL will offer a fresh, bold, and unmistakably Philly bite for every journey.
