- Float City: A bright and bubbly escape in a glass, this vibrant float starts with a scoop of the tangy, ultra-smooth mango-apricot sorbet and is topped with the crisp fizz of Boylan's classic ginger ale. It's a sweet, zesty, and effervescent treat.
- Sunset Swirl Smoothie: This creamy, sun-soaked smoothie blends the Bassetts sorbet with ripe bananas and tangy pineapple juice. A generous swirl of strawberry purée is then ribboned through the mix, adding a burst of berry brightness and a beautiful visual pop.
- Mango Cream Supreme: A golden blend of tropical indulgence, this velvety shake swirls the mango-apricot sorbet with luscious organic soy & vanilla bean ice cream and a splash of bright orange juice, creating a rich, citrusy cream dream.

The collaboration launched with a festive, free pop-up event on Tuesday, July 22nd, outside the HipCityVeg Rittenhouse Square location (127 S 18th Street).
