Famous 4th Street Delicatessen Makes High Holidays Easy with Take-Away Packages

Starting Thursday, October 3, ring in the Jewish New Year with a hassle-free Rosh Hashanah Dinner Package. Priced at $37 per person (with a 4-person minimum for take-away), the package includes a choice of starter (chopped liver, gefilte fish, or stuffed cabbage) and main course (chicken, brisket, chicken in the pot, stuffed cabbage, turkey, or a delicatessen platter). It also comes with soup, pickles, challah, rugalach (cookies), and two additional side dishes.

For those who prefer to dine in, the same package is available for $39 per person (no minimum).

Yom Kippur Break Fast Kits

After the 25-hour fast of Yom Kippur on Saturday, October 12, replenish with Famous 4th Street Delicatessen's Break Fast Kits. Choose from a half-sized kit (feeds 4-6 people) for $165 or a full-sized kit (feeds 9-11 people) for $280. Both kits include a generous selection of bagels, nova or lox, whitefish salad or whole whitefish, cream cheese, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, black olives, kippered salmon, and a choice of Sweet Munster or Swiss cheese.

Ordering and Pickup

Orders for the Yom Kippur Break Fast Kit must be placed by 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9, and picked up by 5 p.m. on Friday, October 11. The deli will be closed on Yom Kippur.
