This special event marks the second time these two culinary powerhouses have joined forces. Following acquiring their liquor license earlier this year, At The Table has curated a complete beverage list of PA-affiliated wines and spirits, enabling them to partner with the esteemed food and wine purveyors at Carlino's.
An Authentic Sicilian Feast
Guests attending "A Night in Sicily" will have an authentic Italian culinary journey. The menu, designed by Chefs Alex Hardy and Tara Buzan-Hardy, incorporates fresh ingredients and gourmet selections from Carlino's Market into each dish. Vini Buoni Imports, a division of Carlino's Market, will provide thoughtfully picked wine pairings for each course, enhancing the dining experience.
The five-course menu will showcase creative Italian dishes, starting with a Sicilian-inspired welcome cocktail and shareable plates. Highlights include Grilled Octopus & Red Prawn with harissa vinaigrette, House Pasta with sardines and saffron, and Braised Lamb Spezzatino with herbed saffron polenta. The meal will culminate in a decadent Cannoli with Candied Orange.
