The 2,000-square-foot restaurant, located at 1526 Sansom Street, can accommodate 48 diners and provides an immersive experience reminiscent of the iconic noodle bar scene from Blade Runner.

CHIKA's menu features traditional ramen dishes and Japanese bites prepared by Chef Dean Leevongcharoen, who brings over 12 years of culinary experience and a deep understanding of Japanese cuisine. Michael Ego curates the drinks, while the design of the space is crafted by BOXwood Architecture and Design Firm.

CHIKA's grand opening is scheduled for next Thursday at 4 pm, with regular service hours from Monday to Wednesday from 4 pm to 10 pm, Thursday to Saturday from 4 pm to 2 am, and Sunday from 4 pm to 9 pm. Walk-ins are currently accepted, and the full kitchen menu is available throughout the day, with plans to introduce lunch and brunch menus shortly.
