The longtime business partners of Snook’s Bayside Restaurant & Grand Tiki Bar, an uber-popular waterfront venue in Key Largo, Florida, decided to bring some of the greatest hits from their tropical venture to the Main Line, offering their Florida White Conch Chowder & Key West Pink Shrimp Salad special ($22), and their Key Largo Ultimate Bloody (Jackson Hole Vodka, House Crab & Shrimp Mix, Celery, Gherkin, Olives, Pepper, “Extreme Bean,” & Big Shrimp) ($18).
Additional lunch highlights from Executive Chef Corey Baver’s menu include Burrata - Okinawa & Virginia Sweet Potatoes, Honey & Balsamic Vinegar ($16); Tuna Nachos - Ahi Tuna, Wakame, Avocado, Scallion & Spicy Mayonnaise ($20); Churrasco Steak - Grilled Skirt Steak with Chimichurri Sauce ($22); Lobster Mac and Cheese - Cavatelli &Truffle ($22); The Pullman Burger - Chipotle Aioli on a Brioche Bun ($20); and Tempura Battered Fish & Chips ($24).
The Pullman Restaurant & Bar is open for dinner Tuesdays through Sundays, with live music offered Tuesdays through Saturdays, and “social hour,” their take on happy hour, takes place Tuesdays through Sundays from 4 to 6 p.m.
