The 20-Mile Route
Riders will navigate a fully closed-road course designed to showcase Philadelphia's rich history and vibrant neighborhoods without having to worry about traffic. The 20-mile scenic route passes through:
- Center City and Chinatown
- The Independence Mall loop
- The Ben Franklin Bridge
- City Hall and the Liberty Bell
- Penn's Landing
- The Rocky Steps leading up to the Philadelphia Museum of Art
The Finish Festival
After crossing the finish line in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the celebration continues. Starting at 8:00 AM, the Finish Festival features a lively post-ride atmosphere with:
- Local food trucks and snacks
- A beer and beverage garden
- Live music and entertainment
Registration and Ride Passes
Philly Bike Ride offers a variety of passes to accommodate different riders. All passes grant access to the 20-mile course, the Finish Festival, and a commemorative 2026 item.
Philly Bike Ride
- Standard Pass: The general entry pass for adult riders.
- Rent & Ride Pass: A convenient option that includes a bike and helmet, which are picked up on the morning of the ride near the start line.
- Youth Pass: Half-priced entry for ages 8 to 17. A parent or guardian must accompany youth riders.
- Ride Along (Ages 3-7): Children aged 3 to 7 ride for free but must be secured in a child bike seat, tagalong bike, tandem, or trailer.
- College Pass: Discounted entry for active college students.
Premier Pass / Ride Pass + Jersey: Includes the standard entry plus premium perks, such as the high-performance Philly Bike Ride 2026 Varlo cycling jersey
