This spirited soiree takes place on Monday, April 8th, from 6-9 pm at the Hotel Palomar's Burnham Ballroom. Guests are encouraged to dress to impress, New Orleans-style, with bright colors, pastels, or bold stripes. Think fedoras, bowties, and Southern Belle-esque gowns!

Raising the Bar for Charity

The highlight of the evening is a thrilling cocktail competition featuring nine of Philadelphia's most talented bartenders. Each contender will create a unique Sazerac using Bluebird Distilling's Straight Rye Whiskey. A panel of industry experts, including spirits and travel writer Brian Freedman, will judge the creations, awarding a $1,000 prize for the best Sazerac. But that's not all! Attendees will also vote for the People's Choice winner, who will take home $500—feeling generous? You can purchase additional votes for The Wardrobe.

Beyond the Sazerac

The evening boasts more than just cocktails. Guests can enjoy delectable past appetizers prepared by Square 1682's Executive Chef Patrick Czerniak, featuring duck breast, tuna sashimi, and olive oil cake. Fever-Tree will provide zero-proof beverages for those who prefer non-alcoholic options, while My Local Brew Works will offer their "Leave Your Tie At The Door" beer, a specially crafted brew perfect for the occasion.

Giving Back in Style

Suits & Sazeracs marks the kick-off of Henry A. Davidsen's 6th annual Suit Drive. From April 8th to May 10th, donation bins will be placed across the Greater Philadelphia Area, collecting gently-used professional attire for The Wardrobe.

Participating in the Pre-Party

In the weeks leading up to the event, participating bars and restaurants, including Butcher Bar, Post Haste, Sassafras, 48 Record Bar, and Starbolt, will offer specialty Sazeracs, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting The Wardrobe.
