Starting at 11:30 AM, children and their parents can visit Hard Rock Cafe for coloring activities, kid-friendly music, and Halloween-themed goodie bags for each child. At 1:00 PM, families can begin their Trick or Treat adventure through the Fashion District with a store-to-store scavenger hunt. After completing their scavenger hunt, families can return to Hard Rock Cafe to turn in their cards for exclusive prizes.
This event is open to children under age 12 with a parent accompanying them.

Philadelphia, PA – On October 28, Hard Rock Cafe Philadelphia and the Fashion District of Philadelphia are teaming up to present a free, family-friendly trick-or-treat experience for all ages. “Little Monsters on Market” will occur from 11:30 AM to 3 PM.
