PHILADELPHIA - Dock Street Brewing Company, Philadelphia's award-winning woman-owned and operated original craft brewery founded in 1985, has kicked off summer by announcing a new extended Summer Friday happy hour, every Friday from 2-6 pm throughout the summer, plus new happy hour snacks, buy one get one 50% off 4-packs, and more.

For those able to sneak out early on Fridays, Dock Street South has extended its usual 4-6 pm happy hour an extra two hours for early birds. Beer lovers can get a jumpstart on the weekend with $1 off draft beers, a $10 cocktail of the week, plus discounted snacks and the brewery’s famous wood-fired pizza. New additions include Fried Zucchini Spears ($8) served with a dill dipping sauce, Vegan Lettuce Boats ($8) filled with farro and bean salad and served on two lettuce boats topped with sriracha oil. Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers ($8) stuffed with ranch cream cheese and white Sharpe cheddar and served with an avocado dipping sauce.

 

Additionally, for those headed to the Shore, Dock Street offers Buy One Get One 50% off 4-packs of its popular Summer Haze and Barracuda every Friday all summer. Before heading out of town, locals can pack their coolers at both Dock Street South and Dock Street Fishtown, the brewery’s new taproom and cocktail bar on Front Street.
