The Chef Behind the Wok

Chef Dean Leevongcharoen brings a wealth of culinary experience to Hen Solo. His background includes growing up in his family's Thai restaurant and training under Japanese ramen master Chef Nakamura, as well as experience at Philadelphia's Ramen Bar. The inspiration for Hen Solo struck during a Star Wars rewatch during the pandemic, merging his love for pop culture with his culinary skills.
