Non-Alcoholic Summer Cocktails:
The tasting will showcase four signature non-alcoholic cocktails specially crafted by Keith Wallace for this event:
- Blood Orange Spritz: A refreshing blend of Abstinence Blood Orange Aperitif, soda, and a hint of lemon juice.
- No-Mas Collins: A unique twist on the classic Tom Collins, featuring Amethyst Spirits Grapefruit Basil, simple syrup, and soda.
- Ginger Mule: A zesty concoction with Feragaia, ginger ale, bitters, and syrup.
- No-groni: An alcohol-free take on the classic Negroni featuring Pathfinder (wormwood, fir, ginger), smoked simple syrup, Lapsang Souchong tea, cinnamon, and vanilla bean.
