Beth earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a minor in Wine and Viticulture from Cal Poly. With more than a decade of harvests behind her, Beth has accumulated a diverse collection of winemaking experiences from the Limestone Coast of South Australia to Napa, and now California’s Central Valley. Beth pours her passion and creativity into the bold wines of Dark Horse.
She constantly experiments with different grape varieties, innovative vineyard management, and winemaking techniques to create exceptional wines that over-deliver on quality.
