The Guest Chef Lobster Roll Series:A Mexican Twist for a Cause

Oyster House is hosting ChefFrankie Ramirez of Amá for the next installment of its popular lobster roll collaboration. Chef Ramirez is bringing bold Mexican flavors to the classic New England sandwich.

This limited-time special will run fromTuesday,December 9th,through Saturday,December 13th.

  • The Special Roll($39): Features butter-poached lobster, savory salsa macha, creamy refried beans, and cilantro macho, all served on a split-top bun alongside Oyster House's hand-cut fries.
  • Charity Benefit: A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this unique lobster roll will benefit the PAWS (Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society).
  • Launch Event: To kick off the series, Oyster House will host a special happy hour on Tuesday, December 9th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.The roll will then be available during both lunch and dinner service for the remainder of the week.

December's Decadent Caviar Service

For the entire month of December, Oyster House is elevating its raw bar experience with an exceptional Caviar Service. The restaurant will feature caviar in multiple indulgent forms, perfect for holiday celebrations.

The offerings include:

  • Italian Osetra Caviar Service: Served with traditional accompaniments such as Johnny cakes, crème fraîche, pickled onions, and grated eggs.
  • Raw Bar Pairings: Raw oysters served on the half shell topped with caviar.
  • Kitchen Dishes: Crispy latkes paired with whipped crème fraiche and smoked trout roe.

This luxurious Caviar Service is available during both lunch and dinner service through the end of December.
