Celebrate 35 Years of Art in Manayunk: Submissions Open for Iconic Arts Festival

MANAYUNK, PA - Get ready for a vibrant summer celebration, Philadelphia! The Manayunk Arts Festival, a cornerstone of the region's arts scene, returns for its 35th anniversary on June 22nd and 23rd, 2024. Artists from across the country are invited to apply for this prestigious event and become part of its rich history. However, time is running out – applications close on April 3rd.


A Festival with a Storied Legacy

The Manayunk Arts Festival holds a special place in the hearts of both artists and art enthusiasts. It started in 1990 as a bold venture to transform historic Main Street into a haven for creativity. The success was undeniable, with crowds flocking to explore the diverse works of talented artists and craftspeople. Over the decades, the festival has cemented its status as the largest outdoor, juried arts festival in the tri-state area, attracting an estimated 5 million visitors throughout its existence.

Your Chance to Shine: 35th Anniversary Edition

This year's anniversary festival presents an especially exciting opportunity for artists. 300 exhibiting artists and 30 emerging artists will showcase their finest works in a variety of mediums including ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, wood, and sculpture.
