Space Captain, Adele Computer, will put the WERK in Patchwork as she charters passengers into outer space, with hopes of making contact with extraterrestrial life! Guests can indulge in brunch dishes such as the Nutella French Toast ($18) topped with Nutella powder and whipped cream, the Duck & Waffles ($24) dusted with Tunisian spice and a side of PA maple syrup, and the Everything Philly Muffin ($16) complete with a fried egg, applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and breakfast hash.

Reservations for Four Star Drag Brunch can be made on OpenTable. There is a food and drink minimum required for each reservation.

Additionally, Hyatt Centric Center City Philadelphia’s ongoing Maker Series, a monthly series featuring art displays by local artists and makers, continues with Kiki Aranita, James Beard nominated food writer, fiber artist, chef and sauce entrepreneur based in Philadelphia and New York. Aranita’s fiber arts exhibit, dubbed Concessions, will be on view from August 1 through September, and explores the nostalgia of iconic concession stand foods and the compromises chefs make to manifest their culinary visions. Alongside the exhibit, Patchwork Restaurant will be serving up special Japanese-inspired Mushroom & Potato Croquettes to its regular menu, paired with Aranita’s Poi Dog Huli Huli sauce, available during August and September.
