Isaac's Restaurants will be converted into Isaac's Artisan Kitchen and Brewery over the next few years. The new establishments will offer the traditional Isaac menu, will add new items that will appear this spring, and will have about 12 taps with their own craft beer.
Their bars will also offer spirits, cocktails, and wine produced in Pennsylvania. Several employees have gone through brewer programs. The company's head brewer will ensure that the recipes are the same across all their breweries.
