LANSDOWN, PA - The community of Lansdowne, Pennsylvania, is located in southeastern Pennsylvania near the border with New Jersey. The city was originally part of Upper Darby Township, and the first settlers arrived there in the 17th century. The area was first surveyed in 1682 by George Wood.
