How Do the Tickets and Sessions Work?

The event is split into two days,with two sessions each day.Understanding the ticket tiers is key to planning your visit.

  • General Admission(GA): This is the standard ticket. It gets you into onespecific three-hour session:
  • Saturday GA: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. OR 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Sunday GA: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. OR 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Early Admission: This ticket is for the morning person. It gets you in an extra hour early, at 9:00 a.m.,andincludes the first GA session, giving you a full four hours of tasting time (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.).
  • All Day Pass: For the true coffee fanatic, a limited number of these passes are available. This pass grants you access to both sessions on a single day, in-and-out privileges, and the exclusive opportunity to stay inside the venue during the 1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. "Service Break." (Note: Coffee service will be paused during this break so roasters can rest).

What's Included (and What's Not)?

  • Coffee: YES. All coffee and tea tastings from the vendors are includedwith your ticket.
  • Food: NO. Food is not included, but it will be available for purchase from food trucks outside the armory.
  • Non-Coffee Drinks: Yes, other drink options will be available. However, a ticket is required for all attendees to enter the venue.

What to Bring(and What to Leave at Home)

  • Reusable Mugs: YES! You are encouraged to bring your favorite coffee mug from home.
  • Children: This event is discouraged for childrendue to the prevalence of hot beverages.If you choose to bring a child,they must be closely supervised at all times.Children under 13 do not need a ticket but must be with a ticketed adult.
  • Dogs: Leave your pets at home. Only service animals are permittedat the event,and they must be leashed and under the owner's control.
