First-Ever Philadelphia Metsquerade Gala

PHILADELPHIA - Friday, February 25th will be the first-ever Philadelphia Metsquerade Gala, a black-tie optional fundraising for METAvivor, a non-profit organization that uses 100% of donations for stage four breast cancer research.

Taking place at the Crystal Tea Room, the evening will feature a cocktail hour, seated dinner, dancing with a live band, and remarks keynote speaker Dr. Rachel C. Jankowitz, Director of the Rena Rowan Breast Center at the Penn Medicine Abramson Cancer Center.

The evening will also feature a silent and live auction to fundraise for the mission to bring awareness and funding to research surrounding stage four breast cancer- which currently less than 5% of the money raised by top cancer charities is allocated to due to its terminal nature. In the United States alone, stage four breast cancer claims over 40,000 vibrant lives each year.

The Philadelphia Metsquerade gala will be held on 2/25/22 from 7:30 pm- 11:30 pm. Tickets are $250 and include an open bar for the duration of the evening, a seated dinner, and complimentary valet parking.
