PHILADELPHIA, PA – A new "gourmet-on-the-go" concept has arrived in Center City. Shay's Steaks&More, the latest venture from No Name Hospitality Group, is now open at 1526 Sansom Street,offering a diverse menu of breakfast sandwiches,raw cold-pressed juices,and elevated cheesesteaks from early morning until late at night.

Helmed by Culinary Director Chris Lodge, previously the Executive Chef at Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse,Shay's aims to be a reliable neighborhood spot for high-quality, convenient dining. The restaurant is open six days a week with extended late-night hours on weekends, catering to everyone from early-rising commuters to the after-bar crowd.

The menu gets off to a strong start with a variety of breakfast options, including bagels, muffins, and creative sandwiches. A standout is "The Shaygel," a unique take on a breakfast cheesesteak featuring chopped ribeye, Cooper Sharp cheese, and egg, all served on a classic everything bagel. The morning menu is complemented by a range of coffees, raw cold-pressed juices, and wellness shots.

For lunch, dinner, and late-night cravings, Shay's serves up a bold selection of signature steak sandwiches made with premium ingredients.Highlights include:

  • The Classic: Made with prime rib, Cooper Sharp cheese, buttery steakhouse seasoning, and sautéed onions.
  • The Big Ben: Crafted with American Wagyu, black garlic and truffle seasoning, Cooper Sharp cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.
  • The Dreamchaser: A tribute to Philly's own Meek Mill, made with filet mignon, Cooper Sharp cheese, red garlic jalapeño seasoning, and onions and peppers.

Shay's Steaks & More is now open six days a week: Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Friday (7:00 AM – 3:00 AM) and Saturday (8:00 AM – 3:00 AM) for late-night service.
