He honed his skills under the tutelage of famed chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and showcased his talent on the Food Network show Chopped and Bravo's Top Chef. Now, he's bringing his signature creativity and dedication to excellence to Sofitel Philadelphia.

A New Era for Liberté Lounge

Chef Senat will oversee all culinary operations, including the newly refreshed Liberté Lounge, the breakfast/brunch concept Chez Colette, banquets, and events in the hotel's stunning Paris Ballroom. Beginning November 1st, Liberté Lounge will unveil all-new all-day dining, dinner, and happy hour menus, featuring Chef Senat's signature touch and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
