Now, diners can enjoy a broader range of choices, including a curated Sushi Omakase featuring a chef's selection of sushi, miso soup, and dessert. The new a la carte menu showcases Chef Hiroki's take on Japanese classics, with options like Hiyashi Chukka (cold noodles), Snapper Carpaccio, Katsudon (crispy pork cutlet), and Kakuni (simmered pork).
This expansion allows Chef Hiroki to showcase his diverse culinary skills, including his mastery of noodle-making and interpretations of traditional dishes. Introducing these changes follows the success of HIROKI's sister concept, Hiroki-San, in Detroit, which features a broader style of Japanese cooking.
"We are excited to offer these new options to our guests," says Chef Hiroki. "We want to make our food more accessible to everyone while maintaining the high quality and attention to detail that HIROKI is known for."
The restaurant's hours remain the same, with dinner service Wednesday through Monday. Diners can enjoy the omakase or a la carte menus throughout the restaurant, with limited walk-in slots available each evening.
