Known for its visually stunning and delicious cakes, New June has garnered national recognition, with features in prestigious publications such as The New York Times' T Style, Good Morning America, and Architectural Digest. The bakery's opening will offer customers the chance to experience these design-forward cakes firsthand, alongside a tempting selection of cookies, pies, tarts, and pastries.

Noelle Blizzard, a self-taught baker, started New June in 2021 as a pandemic project focusing on "baking as therapy." The venture quickly gained a devoted following, leading to the expansion of her team. New June represents Blizzard's first professional baking endeavor.

The brand is celebrated for its innovative approach to sheet cakes, reimagining this classic dessert with vintage designs and techniques like Lambeth piping. New June emphasizes both aesthetics and flavor, using premium ingredients to create seasonal treats that evoke a sense of nostalgia.

In addition to full-sized cakes, the bakery will offer 4" mini cakes, cake slices, and a range of "breakfast cakes" such as pumpkin tea cake and pistachio & rose. An assortment of cookies, including salted tahini caramel brownie and krispie cornflake marshmallow, will also be available.
