PHILADELPHIA, PA - South Street's newest hotspot, Sonny's Cocktail Joint, isn't just about innovative cocktails and retro vibes. It's also a showcase for the culinary talents of Steven Seibel, aka Uncle Pizza Party, the former Executive Chef of the now-closed Hawthornes. Seibel, known in Philly food circles for his "underground" pizza prowess, is bringing his unique take on bar pies and comfort food to this new venture by Chris Fetfatzes and Heather Annechiarico, the husband-and-wife team behind Grace and Proper.

Steven Seibel, affectionately known as Uncle Pizza Party, has built a cult following in Philadelphia for his creative and delicious pizzas.
