SIPS Style begins this week with discounts at select retailers across Center City. Every Wednesday through the end of August, participating businesses invite shoppers to make the most of their day downtown by taking advantage of reduced-price merchandise and services. The all-day discounts, which are up to 20% off, are perfect for office workers looking for day-to-night fashion, a lunchbreak fitness class or pre-SIPS pampering. Also beginning this Wednesday, CCD SIPS at Dilworth Park presented by Hornitos® Tequila offers live DJ entertainment, fun photo ops and, for the first time, access to the Rothman Orthopaedics Roller Rink (with valid admission). The Air Grille Garden will serve $7 Hornitos® Tequila cocktails, $6 wine and $5 Kona Big Wave beer, plus weekly food specials. The park’s festive overlay will only be set up on Wednesday nights during the SIPS season, so visitors are encouraged to stop by before it’s gone.
