South Jersey - Elsie's Pickles Changes Name to Peace Love Pickles. The brainchild of Katherine Cohen, who co-owns the eatery with her husband Chad Jordan, has changed their name to Peace Love Pickles in an attempt to rebrand themselves nationwide.
