Cookbooks & Convos draws inspiration from Philadelphia’s cherished program, "The Book and The Cook,” which ran for 23 years and connected cookbook authors with local restaurants. The Sisterly Love Collective reimagines this legacy with a particular focus on celebrating female authors and talent, reflecting the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization’s mission to uplift and connect women in the hospitality industry.
