PHILADELPHIA - This summer, Chef Christopher Kearse is taking his The French AF Series – a line-up of unique dinner happenings focusing on various French culinary regions, delicacies, and flavors – to new heights, kicking off with La Fête du Cochon, on Wednesday, June 15 at Forsythia.


This installment highlights the varying elements of the pig incorporated in five expertly prepared dishes with an optional pairing of complementing French wines, curated by Beverage Director Shawn Miller. La Fête du Cochon is the fourth in an ongoing French-themed culinary series at Old City’s acclaimed contemporary French bar and restaurant. The French AF Series allows Kearse and his team the opportunity to experiment with a wide variety of classic French ingredients, regions, and techniques while offering food enthusiasts a one-of-a-kind, exclusive dining experience available for one-night-only.
