Diversitech Summit takes place from March 16, 2022 - March 18, 2022, with virtual programming and an in-person closing reception at the W Philadelphia.

Diversitech Summit 2022 keynote presentation, “Not Safe for Work'' will be given by Pabel Martinez, owner of a Latino and Hispanic clothing and art company, Plurawl. A former employee of Tiktok, Martinez’s mission in life is to redefine professionalism through the empowerment of authenticity.
Day one of the Diversitech Summit includes a Tech Recruiters Panel featuring Robert McFalls and Lauren Loera among the speakers. Robert brings his seven years of technical acquisition experience to the panel and is a current Technical Sourcing Manager at Twitter. As a technical recruiter for Netflix, Lauren is passionate about creating a more diverse STEM industry. On day two, the summit’s attendees can join in on a branded panel from Diversitech’s sponsor, Doordash, “How Doordash Delivers on Workplace Culture.”
