CJ has created a (delicious) chocolate oat pecan bar that they will sell in the shop through the holiday season. The bakery and the House will be giving out recipe cards so people can make the treat at home.
Betsy Ross, herself, visited Oui Pastries today to get a taste of this modern dessert using an ingredient from her times and to meet Chef CJ, who is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and previously worked at the renowned Daniel in New York City and the Four Seasons Vancouver.
