For those looking for a taste of the celebration, Amada has a whole weekend planned.

All Weekend (Starting Friday, Oct. 17): The highly requested Lobster Paella makes a limited-time return to the menu. As a special gift, every order will come with a complimentary keepsake wooden paella spoon for you to take home.

Saturday, Oct. 18: In a true Spanish tradition, the restaurant will host a roasted pig tasting at 6 p.m., offering guests a chance to savor an authentic delicacy.

Sunday, Oct. 19: The festivities continue with a celebratory anniversary brunch at noon, which will also feature another roasted pig tasting.

Amada is also inviting longtime patrons to be part of the celebration. Guests who share their favorite photos, videos, and stories from the past two decades on social media, tagging @AmadaPhilly and @ChefJoseGarces, will receive a complimentary tapa as a thank you.

The anniversary not only honors the restaurant's legacy in Philadelphia but also looks to the future, as an expansion to Chef Garces' hometown of Chicago is planned for early 2026.
