On Saturday, February 14, 2026, the restaurant will offer exclusive dinner specials designed for sharing. Whether you are looking for a romantic lunch or a candlelit dinner, these specials are available from 12:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. alongside the restaurant's full brunch and dinner menus.
A Menu Made for Two
In the spirit of togetherness, the culinary team—led by Culinary Directors Kevin Couch and Angel Roque—has crafted a rustic, flavor-forward menu that celebrates the rich culinary traditions of Cuba.
Guests can indulge in a special 3-course experience for $150 per couple. For those who prefer to customize their dining experience, the dishes are also available a-la-carte.
The Valentine's Day Specials include:
- Appetizer: Stuffed Piquillo Pepper ($19 a-la-carte) A savory starter featuring Spanish chorizo and wild mushrooms mixed with Spanish tetilla cheese, served over a decadent truffled malanga puree.
- Entrée: Paella del Monte ($39 a-la-carte, serves 2) A meat-lover’s rustic delight designed for two. This mountain-inspired paella features short grain rice, chorizo, wild mushrooms, crispy roast duck leg, grilled hanger steak, and pork tenderloin.
- Dessert: Churros, Buñuelos y Chocolate ($18 a-la-carte, serves 2) End the night on a sweet note with housemade churros and sweet potato buñuelos, accompanied by a rich Godiva and rum chocolate dip.

Since opening its doors in 2000, Cuba Libre has been dedicated to providing an "escape" to Old Havana through its immersive decor, upbeat entertainment, and exciting flavors.
