This unique event brings together two Wallaces with a shared passion for crafting exceptional beverages. Robin Cummiskey, the owner of Wallace Dry Goods, saw the serendipitous connection as an opportunity to create a fun and informative customer experience.

"While it's a complete coincidence that we got linked up with wine and spirits educator Keith Wallace, with our name being Wallace, we love the Wallace connection so much that we knew we had to do something fun," said Cummiskey. "Keith is an absolute expert in this field, and bringing in someone of his caliber to help make cocktails while educating the public should make for a really fun and informative evening.”
