Bolo & Oloroso Chefs Team Up for Unique Basque-Inspired Dinner

Bolo, a popular Latin American restaurant in Philadelphia, is joining forces with Oloroso, a Spanish tapas bar, for a special one-night-only dinner on Tuesday, July 2nd. The event, called MESA BOLO, will celebrate the flavors of Spain's Basque Country with a multi-course meal created by chefs Yun Fuentes and Jason Peabody.

The family-style dinner will feature creative dishes like a Marmitako crudo, pintxos (small plates), grilled octopus, paella, and Basque cheesecake. Guests can also choose a beverage pairing option to complement their meal.
