Bolo Debuts Roast Lechon Tasting Menu

Bolo, Chef Fuentes’ Latin American dining room & rum bar, and Philadelphia magazine Best of Philly® 2023 winner has debuted an all-new Roast Lechon Dinner as an addition to its freshly-minted Sunday night service, available weekly from 4pm - 9pm. 

The Roast Lechon Dinner boasts a whole roasted pig served with traditional and seasonal accouterments (think: black cherry mojo, yuca mash, chickpeas in red sofrito, market viandas in escabeche, and more) — exclusively featured on Sundays

The new Sunday’s Roast Lechon Dinner is priced at $55 per person.
