Roots Picnic 2023 Lineup Is Loaded With Legends And Icons

PHILADELPHIA The Roots Picnic is a summertime Philly tradition - an annual reunion, if you will - and features some of the biggest music names.


This is a music festival not to miss. Curated and named in honor of Philadelphia's critically acclaimed band, The Roots. The festival will take place between June 2 and 4, 2023. The festival will feature performances for attendees.

Lauryn Hills, Diddy, and The Roots! Lil Uzi Vert a Philly native. Were Busta Rhymes, Eve, Roy Ayers, and The Isley Brothers mentioned? Whew.

Dave Chappelle will kick off the festival on Friday with a comedy set at the Wells Fargo Center. (Separate tickets are required for this event.

The Mann Center's live podcast stage features heavy hitters such as Charlamagne Tha God, Questlove Supreme, and Off The Record DJ Akademiks. This year's festival offers so much in just three days that it is the ideal time to plan a long weekend in Philadelphia.
